Every Drain Cleaning Service

Kitchen Drains

Grease, food scraps, soap film. Snake from cleanout or under sink, restore full flow.

Bath & Shower Drains

Hair, soap scum, toothpaste residue. Hand-auger or motorized snake; we don’t recommend chemicals.

Toilet Clogs

Beyond the plunger? Closet auger or pull-and-clear. Most done in one visit.

Main Line Backups

Sewage in tubs or floor drains means main-line. Snake or hydro-jet from the cleanout, optional camera scope after.

Recurring Clogs

Same drain clogging every few weeks? Camera-scope to find the cause; bellied pipe, root intrusion, or grease accumulation.

Hydro-Jetting

High-pressure water clears grease, scale, and roots that mechanical snakes leave behind. Best for heavy buildup.

Simple, Transparent, Fast

From the moment you call to the moment we leave: no surprises, no hidden fees, no high-pressure upsells.

Why Skip the Drugstore Drain Cleaner

Four reasons to call a drain plumber instead of pouring chemicals down the trap.

Chemicals Damage Pipes

Caustic drain cleaners corrode older metal pipes, soften PVC at joints, and damage rubber gaskets in disposals and traps. They also rarely clear the real cause; the clog reforms in days.

  • Corrodes metal pipes over time
  • Damages disposal & trap gaskets
  • Doesn’t clear the underlying cause
Mechanical clearing instead of chemicals.

Camera Before Hydro-Jet

Hydro-jetting is powerful; too powerful for compromised pipes. We camera-scope first to confirm the line will tolerate the pressure, then clear it.

  • Camera-scope before high-pressure
  • Identify root intrusion or bellies
  • Right tool for the right pipe
Camera scope shown live to the homeowner.

Fix the Cause, Not Just the Symptom

A drain that clogs every few weeks isn’t a clog problem; it’s a pipe problem. We tell you when it’s the pipe condition, the slope, or root intrusion, and quote the long-term fix.

  • Find recurring-clog root cause
  • Quote the structural fix
  • No upsell when a snake is enough
Diagnosis-first approach to drain work.

Clean Workspace, Always

Drain work is messy. We tarp the floor, contain the wet vac, wipe the work area down, and haul our debris out. The bathroom or kitchen looks the same as before; minus the clog.

  • Tarps and floor protection laid first
  • Wet vac for any backflow
  • Workspace wiped down at end
Clean workspace before, during, and after.

Drain Cleaning FAQ

Common questions about clogs, snaking, hydro-jetting, and what to do before we arrive.

Should I try a chemical drain cleaner first?
Generally, no; especially as a habit. They’re caustic enough to damage pipes and gaskets, and they rarely clear the real cause. A plunger or hand auger handles most clogs without the risk; anything that comes back within a few weeks needs a camera inspection.
What is hydro-jetting and when do I need it?
Hydro-jetting blasts water through the pipe at 1,500–4,000 PSI to scour grease, scale, and root intrusion off the pipe walls. Best for heavy buildup that snakes leave behind. We camera-scope first to make sure your pipes can take the pressure.
How do I know when it’s a main-line clog vs a single drain?
If multiple fixtures back up at once; toilet flushes into the tub, kitchen drain bubbles when the washer drains; it’s the main line. Sewage in floor drains is the clearest signal. Single-drain clogs only affect one fixture.
My drain clogs every few weeks. Why?
Three usual culprits: tree roots intruding at a joint (older clay or cast iron), a bellied section of pipe holding solids, or chronic grease/soap accumulation. A camera scope tells us which. Repeated snaking is a workaround; the structural fix is what stops the cycle.
How much does drain cleaning cost?
We quote a upfront before any work starts, based on the drain (kitchen, bath, main), access (cleanout vs pull a fixture), and method (snake vs hydro-jet). The diagnostic is included if you proceed.
